it is really a super easy thing to do: 1) get one or more sprouting jars 2) soak the seeds in water for 8-10 hours (you can just use the jars to do that) 3) rinse the seeds, turn the jar upside down in a way that water can trickle down easily (there are supports for this, or you can make your own) 4) rinse once or twice per day, and put it back upside down 5) put the jars in a place with some light, but not direct sunlight. They grow also indoor, but I've seen that if they get some natural indirect sunlight they grow better and faster. If you see a mould like white substance, don't worry, it's not mold but the roots growing 6) take them out and enjoy, they last about 1 week in the fridge. Don't wash them right away, the drier you put them in the fridge, the longer they will last. Wash the sprouts only before eating
