I love this family! They made it through "Hollywood" unscathed, sticking to their morals and values. They didn't go down that unsavory road that many child stars have ventured; some, unfortunately, would never make it back. They are successful and proud when expressing their beliefs, knowing the potential backlash from the celebrity/hollywood community. The thought that expressing one's Christian beliefs is seen as taboo among the celebrity circuit, is quite sad. And to see them proudly express theirs, is pretty awesome 🙂 They're probably too humble to accept it, but they are what one would call role models. I'm sure any parent, like myself, would love for their kids to look up to and emulate a life similar to that of Kirk and Candace.
Awesome video. Quick question - where is the sinners prayer and what does that have to do with being saved? I know the scriptures to say those who confess their sins, believe in Christ as God's son/our Lord, and baptism of the Holy Spirit and water are what saves us. Then a life devoted to God.

Join a Christian Bible believing church, become a part of it, and have fellowship with other Christian believers. This is so important and vital to growing in Him. Remember the old hymn, I Have Decided To Follow Jesus and the verse, “The cross before me, the world behind me.” We have to live that way, to be in the world, but not of it. And what we get is a close relationship with Him and other Christians and a peace that nothing else can give! This peace surpasses all understanding. It is awesome.😊
@@daniellewatson3180 Actually, you don't have to be water baptized to be Saved. Think of the thief at the cross with Jesus. He called on Jesus that day, and Jesus promised the man that he would be in Paradise with Him! Baptism is basically announcing your faith in public. As far as the sinner's prayer.... just call on Jesus - that you Need Him & that you can't do it alone, without Him. Admit that your sins are too heavy, and that you Need His forgiveness & help; that you Need Him in your life. Read: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 That is the Gospel.
I am so grateful that the kids I grew up watching on TV, are now ambassadors for our wonderful Lord. And that they are doing the most important thing they could ever do by sharing the Love of Christ with the world.

To be honest, I couldn't remember his sister so I Googled her. Boy! Did my mouth drop when it said she was TJ Tanner on Full House! I loved that show in the 90's! Hearing this brother and sister together, especially these days in Hollywood is an amazing testimony glorifying Jesus in a land of confusion, emptiness, narcissism and the love of money! Candace, I admire you so much for being brave enough to leave Hallmark Channel after they lost their standards. Clearly other actors and actresses could have done the same but didn't! My husband and I are enjoying your new channel putting family values first!
Meh. Kurt is a true believer, but I think Candace is just in it for the swag. Also, she really sucks as an actress. Like her brother she has no depth in the theatrical arts so she needed something to help her career.
I’ve never witnessed anyone braver. She tops the women in Iran in bravery. We are so whacked in America for thinking someone spewing their beliefs is brave. It is called freedom of speech. It is not like she is facing government prosecution for speaking her mind. Christians are not a marginalized group. Unfortunately, many are arrogant in thinking it is their job to do God’s job, and think they have the ticket to heaven.
Kirk you and your sister are doing an awesome job for God's kingdom. The world can benefit from Christian views in that area. As a kid I used to love Full House. Oh Kirk, check out the book The Widow's Might, a legacy of love and hope rising by Jasinskas. We need more Christian movies and I think that would be a great project for you. I used to struggle with lust as a preteen, I even visited an adult porn site when nobody was looking, but then after Fireproof came out my family and I watched it and the message helped me overcome what was becoming an addiction. I am so in love with Kirk Cameron for his heart! I was in love with him as a teenager (such a heart throb!) and admire him so much that he chose God over worldly adulation.
I had a HUGE poster of him right next to my bed where I could see him when I went to bed and woke up lol I'm like a yr or 2 younger than candace and this was his early yrs of growing pains so I was young but lordy I had a major crush on him...I wish I still had the pic actually..had all the bright color clothes and colors from the 80s haha and his curly hair. And every fri night I Had to be sure to watch full house and the tgif line up! I grew up with those two they just didn't know me lol but I'm so proud of how they turned out 😊

I have the same story as Candace Cameron Beret. I went to church with my grandmother & I went through the motions of getting “saved” & baptized, but I had no idea why. Just that Jesus loved me. In my early 20’s, my good girl persona was falling apart. I always thought I was a good person especially when I considered what other people around me my age were doing. I had gotten pelvic inflammatory disease after my I had my 2nd child. It led me into addiction with pain killers. I’m not sure if I would’ve seen my need for God if I hadn’t hated the addiction I had. One day, my friend was visiting & reading her bible. I asked her how was Jesus & God both God. She answered me. I started to read the bible on my own & watch TBN. One day, not long after I had asked her that question, I went into my bedroom & got down on my knees. I said God if you’re real, heal me. Take this addiction away. By this time, I was familiar with withdrawals. I stopped taking the pain medication. Day after day went by & I wasn’t sick or experiencing a single withdrawal. My children’s father was curiously watching me suddenly stop taking it with no withdrawals everyday. I knew the moment I asked God to heal me.. that He did. As I walked down my hallway after praying I remember feeling the “buzz” go away & my mind clear. I somehow knew as I walked down the hallway… I was free. I already felt the joy. I knew it was a done deal. It was my children’s father who was watching it play out doubting that God had done it. It was humerus to watch his puzzled looks as he watched me go day to day without a single withdrawal. He was on pain medication too. He didn’t part with it though. I prayed for him. Jesus healed me before I asked for my sins to be forgiven. I prayed that prayer a couple days later. I started falling head over heels in love with Jesus Christ & God, the Father. I wanted His Holy Spirit so I started going to church & I was baptized. I’ve never went through anything again without my God & my Savior & the Holy Spirit with me. After that, I told my children’s father we can’t be together if we’re not married. I shutdown the baby making dance. We were married a few months later. He sold his truck to buy a very humble ring. I accepted his proposal. I knew we couldn’t play house anymore. The Lord really started to work on me as being a wife & a mother. No one forgets the moment they met Jesus. No one second guesses if they experienced God. You know that you know. God has a different standard of what “good” is. We all fall short. He did what we couldn’t do. It’s a free gift from Him, but there’s a cost we pay. We die to ourselves. Everyday. We have to choose Him everyday. It’s not a one time decision. Sin is always crouching at the door. God has since saved my life over & over & over. And I realize that sentence before this one, no one can possibly imagine what he’s brought me through. They have no idea what’s packed behind it. Put your faith in God. Believe in His Son.

Candace is my youngest daughter’s absolute favorite person. She always says she’s her #1 fan. She even dressed as Aurora Teagarden for Halloween; nobody in her kindergarten class knew who she was. 😂 I’m glad that she has such a positive role model to look up to in Candace! ❤️🙏🏻

sadly his fanatic followers are building walls in front of poor, helpless,ppl, that want to escape hunger,poverty,gangs,abuse,drugs.. jesus would welcome them all ( even the sinners) with open arms, and never pull up a wall in front of them and leave to starve at the border.. seems like, love your neighbor, love your enemy, do not kill (indirectly) doesn't count to most christians when it doesn't suits them, that is not how religion works !
Well done sister. There is a difference between conversion and commitment🙂🥰. Me personally I believed in Jesus when I was a young teen but I didn't follow Him until a couple years ago.
It is remarkable to see these two celebrities are able to follow their faith in the industry as well as the country at large. We need people like them to lead us.
