I think on Keyshia Cole’s “Love” she didn’t do the runs because that is Keyshia’s signature and if you notice she was trying to make all songs her own to show originality.

She's definitely a mezzo soprano. Her power lines in her midbelts. Her upper belts thins out but she keeps her resonance and control. Her head voice is amazing. It maxed out at Bb5. I believe she attempted to go higher, but her voice began to slightly crack, so she masterfully recovered by cutting the note off. This grl is good.
I'm glad she didn't do those signature runs on the Keyshia Cole song. I hate them LOL. Hers were prettier than the repetitious ones on the original song. She made it her own
