I’m 100% Skipping Cap Brit. Been spending all of my Candy on crimson gear, Finishing DD7 and having a roster of G19 for DD8 as well for Odin is a higher priority than Cap Brit for me
Same, after the cap Britain i completely stopped giving AF about crucible and I found that the rewards are not that impactful. So I haven't spent shit on him
I didn't spend on cap Briton either I was just getting the crimson gear for dd7 but I finished it a couple of days ago and started getting hos shards I must have gotten lucky because I unlocked him today
@MultiWieauchimmer thats insane. I've just come to think that he's glitchesd out of mine. Honestly not 1 time have I seen him and iver refreshed everyday with the 50's.
I just unlocked Captain Britain from the candy store. I already got all my mini-uniques for DD7, so my focus shifted to the Awakened Abilites and Captain Brexit now
@markjordan5478 I've been refreshing the store with 50 core refreshes too. When CB came into the store initially, I wasn't focused on getting his shards since I still needed certain mini-uniques for DD7. I think I got really lucky with CB with his shards dropping. Desire sensor is real...
I’ve cored the candy store up to 100 core refresh 3 times a day since CB was added. As of this morning I hit 180 shards total out the store. I’m done, this has set me back so many power cores 😂
I cored the candy store kinda, nothing over 100 and rarely over 50 cores a refresh. But I must have been super lucky seeing the comments. I unlocked Cap Britian starting at 0 shards. I got to 70 shards before they ruined the store on purpose. Never saw him for about a week thinking I was shadow blocked from seeing him. Then maybe around Friday I started seeing him again, unlocked him, and currently have 50/80 shards to get his 4th star. It's completely stopped any progress I've been making leveling up characters to get to DD6 because all my gold goes straight to buying candy, but it's also been very helpful getting a bunch of shards for Peggy, Spider people, Alphas and others. And have been able to unlock baby Apoc while doing this too so progress didn't screech to a complete stop.
Seems I got lucky (for once). I unlocked Cpt Britain last week. I had several days with 0 shards showing up, then 1 day, I had him show up 3 times (with each 50 core refresh, before it hit 100 cores)
I spent 45k power cores for CB when released. That was before the new core economy. As far as the candy store goes, I’ve been buying Crimson and awakened abilities. I’m finishing up DD7 and have everything I need to finish DD7.
I finally got him unlocked yesterday. Got him to 9- shards and then he NEVER showed up until like 4 days later. But yes, the red gear is amazing!!! I got Nimrod, Gladiator, Sentinel, Juggernaut (Zombie), Cyclops, Sasquatch, Doctor Octopus, Iron Man (Zombie) and Doctor Doom to GT 19. Currently working on Hela and Scarlet Witch (Zombie). After them, I guess I’ll start on the meta raids teams…
I just unlocked him two days ago after refreshing the store for both 50 refreshes every time. Have stopped refreshing the store since unlocking him and haven’t seen him since either.
@@NewEdgeDesigns I haven’t done the exact Math but every 50 store refreshes is roughly every 5-6 days and my gut feeling tells me this is about right from my experience.
I was able to unlock Captain Britain a couple days ago. He showed up a bit more often for me. In this entire duration of the candy store, I must’ve have spent around 600 cores total on refreshing the store
Ive used so many power cores refreshing, but my cap brit is nearly 5 star, got all oml, blade and ares awakened abilities all done, all free to play, one of the best event stores weve had
I have 30 so far. If I was saving candy for him I would have 60 but I'm more focused on DD7 than crucible. Besides most people dont even try or only attack once or twice hoping I do nothing and they can get an easy win. What I havent seen in the store despite refreshing multiple times a day is crimson arcane powder and crimson arcane energy for Agatha.
Just got Captain Britain from the Candy Store only. This store also has me 1 node away from Mephisto with the crimson gear. Need more things like this in the game.
I've got 160 captain Britain shards so far with 2 refreshes per switch. And I got 100 blade shards in small orb last night. The luck has actually been decent not gonna lie. With that said I have only 11 oath shards so far 😂
I originally had a 3 yellow CB. Now thru the candy store I’ve got him to 4 yellow and I’m 50 shards from getting him to 5 yellow. I’ve been very lucky. However I noticed I got him a lot when the candy store first came out and now I’m like never getting him
I *still* haven't seen Captain Britain in the Candy Store. Not once. Looking 3x day but not refreshing because I don't figure that's going to end well... If I'm "spending" cores, I want an orb for my trouble. So far, mostly spending my candy on awakened materials.
I still need a lot of Mystic and now Mutant Gear. But I do think Shadow King event will give us G19 Mutant Gear. OML did that so i don't see why not. Got to G19 Omega Red, Phoenix, Emma X-Men and Shadow King for Mutants. 😭
I managed to get him yesterday, I was short 20, found him in store ,bought 10, refreshed and he was there all over again which is rare. But l got him using only candy! Lol
We've been getting a lot of candies. But personally, I don't think his shards are worth it. He'll be farmable eventually. His encounter rate was so abysmal, I stopped caring. Bought so much demonic (red gear).
They absolutely could flip candies to turkeys. Just change icon and title. They reuse currency all the time.....remember the past F'ups when events started and ppl had thousands of currency right away?
@@NewEdgeDesigns hard for me to quantify, but I have probably used (500) cores (I have never done more than the 50s), since they put him in the Candy store. Sometimes he pops, sometimes they are wasted.
I check after every normal refresh and Captain Britain has only shown up once and for 10 shards. I am a F2P player and not wasting my power cores on this. As for Zombie Scarlet Witch I got 9 shards 1st orb and 16 shards 2nd orb. Lucky so far but expecting to just see 1 shards from here out… 😔
I don't refresh the store. I spend my candy on red gear and AAs and get CB whenever he shows up, which has been all of twice now. I don't expect to unlock him this way.
I cored until I unlocked CB then stopped refreshing. Stopped buying the candy in the store, too many characters coming out too fast to lose that much gold everyday. I have just been buying the Oath orbs, already have my DD7/8 people done.
Captain Britain isn't worth the candy. I saw him 6 times, only bought him 2. I've been buying gear instead. Spending on average 900k candy every store.
