It’s the coach , that gets the fighter this way . Most time fighters can’t teach you nothing but just techniques they do but not the mechanics of it and magic of it. They will tell you why it works and but at the end of the day the coach is vital

I remember canelo as a kid. On TV of course. Those saturday night fights in Jalisco. He's good on doing he's business but he's also a very good boxer. He is on his natural weight and division. You all see of what I'm talking about.

You can get a polyform boat buoy for $40-$50 and attach it to a rope or chain. I believe that is around size A-0, maybe A-1. It's the same thing but without having to pay for the brand price mark-up.
@Luis Hernandez ya that's a good idea. Gym was pretty spartan for many years and I'm just now making some money and wanting to put nicer equipment. The aqua training bags are great, and I hear so many great things about how they can save ur hands a lot of wear tear and the bag itself doesn't wear as fast as a normal bag. Do u think the boat buoy would hold water and not explode when u punch it full force. It's 200 but has a bunch of guarantees. If some idiot punches it and breaks it, is the thing about a gym open to the public. I got away with a lot of handmade equipment for many years but really not supposed to have anything like that for safety purposes. If I could make it safely I totally would.

Bivol landed 150 punches out of 710 that’s not beating his head in Canelo does have good head movement But the weight he couldn’t push around 175 as he could at 168 also Bivol footwork and work rate is what definitely helped that’s his comfortable weight he can throw for days

I want to train head movement right now, or any movement technique at all. But earlier, I hit my head on a literal metal roof. It still hurts a little if I just shake my head a little. Can't imagine doing slips and rolls while it hurting.
