The rival S is steel framed and is an AMAZING pistol. But this channel is really far behind because they didn't just release this. I've owned mine for at least four months now

I’ve had my SF for closer to 8 months now and it is EVERYTHING this reviewer highlighted and more. It definitively rivals the trigger on my much more expensive Walther Q5 SF with the optional Dynamik trigger system. Excellent value. The ONLY knock I’ll give my polished steel version is that the finish is far from top shelf. Lots of color variations in the metal - this is certainly not a deal breaker - just trying to keep it real.

When i bought my Canik Rival Darkside i have said that it comes out of Box with The Best Striker Fired Trigger i have ever pulled and still Do .

Is it better than the pdp pro with the flat dynamic performance trigger? Not tryna be a smart-ass, I'm genuinely curious, I haven't shot a canik yet. The walther trigger is pretty damn good

@@michaelchurgin7027I own both and the Canik Rival S is the best striker fired factory trigger on the market. PDP is a great trigger too, but not as crisp on the break as the Canik. IMHO.
