I believe canik is underrated from there pistols, I personally like them and use the executive elite as my edc gun I trust my life to it.

Right front hip conceal and right outside hip open. Now a days I conceal it more than open, but I have a few others I carry also when I feel like changing it up. It is still one of my favorite to carry though. I know others don't like full size. They would prefer sub or compact. I however do not mind it.

I never understood why some train to move in a straight line. If you move in a straight line, You're allowing the individual to be able to keep you in sights much easier. If you move at an angle, You're giving yourself a better chance of throwing the other individual off due to him needing to follow you at an angle which opens him up. Just my take. Great video man.

Love the Canik line. I own 6 with over 37K rounds thru them. 3 if my TP9SFX have over 10K rounds each. For the price, quality & an excellent trigger, it's hard the beat a Canik.

@@flobay1731 i did see the Canik TP9 DA on Gunbroker a few days ago for $339. Same great trigger, 4"barrel, will accept all the mags. Doesn't have slide cuts for an RMR, but warren tactical soghts, comes with all the extras & holster. Has a decocker, which h turns some people off.

In regards to the red dot comments. The new Romeo 0 will fit Elite SC. Also Optics Factory will have two new RMR sights shortly that will be under 100.00. These will fit the Canik SC as well.

I got one, shot 50 rounds in the range, works flawlessly , and the trigger is the best by far, the accuracy as well as precision was really good, totally worth the money , the racking is a bit hard but it was my first time shooting on canik tp elite , so with time should get bit smooth, the recoil is managable, but not as good as glock, but still love the precision, hit bull eyes from 20 meters, can share my target chart if someone wanna see.

The holster is reversible. Not designed for only outside carry, like you mentioned. Just for future reference brother.

The angle you take depends on the situation of an officer. If he approaching a vehicle on driver side and there is a shotgun on the passenger seat facing the officer ready to fire then backing up and spreading fire around the driver side seat is crucial period.

I just got mine a few weeks ago (still havent shot it or my tp9da. Boo) I changed the holster clips to the other side to make it an IWB holster. Also if you have the standard model you'll find yourself getting more purchase on the sc with the 15 round mag with the grip baseplate than you would on the SF. Great video for training purposes. You got yourself another sub sir.

There are none. There are several full sized, 2 larger ones for competition, 3 compact (G19 sized, called SF Elite), and this one, comparable to the 26. All of them are double stack.

I’m only 23 and I carry a s&w m&p sub compact, I’m not in any armed forces but I definitely wanna be able to shoot accurately but I struggle with my trigger pull, since I have smaller/wider hands, trying to stay consistent with my trigger pull is an issue, is it a simple adjustment of my finger placement ?

B. Blanco: Its not you. It's the M&P trigger. IMO it is bull💩. I own an m&p 2.0 and had trigger pull issues. Bought a Canik TP9 elite SC and problem solved. I also have a Masada & SAR 9. Try a new firearm or upgrade the trigger

Apex makes a great trigger for the mp series guns... practice getting through the pre travel on your firearm all the way to the wall then squeeze off a round... also practice only getting off the trigger just enough to let it reset for a follow up shot if you take your finger all the way out/off the trigger for every shot you’ll never be accurate...the great thing about practicing trigger control is you can do it at home dry firing a 9mm is ok and always helps fundamentals like trigger control and discipline while drawing from concealed then when your at the range you can focus on recoil management rather than things you can do at home
