One day during a walk, my energetic dog suddenly stumbled and stopped walking. I didn't know what happened, so I researched online and took my dog to a highly rated animal hospital, but still had doubts. Then, with a recommendation from a friend, I went to another reputable hospital where the doctors kindly explained the situation to me in a way that was easy to understand. Although my dog's lower body was already completely paralyzed, the doctor pinched the space between the dog's hind legs with their fingers and the dog slightly turned its head toward the pinched leg, indicating that the nerves were still connected. After a period of rest, the doctor suggested rehabilitation.
This video captures the entire process from the onset of paralysis to the dog running again, divided into two parts: "Part 1 covers rehabilitation using a walking harness from the onset of paralysis" and "Part 2 shows the dog running freely using a normal lead."
