This method is ok if you bring this pack the same night to share it with friend. The best way to prevent oxydation is to use beergun and purge for about 10sec with co2 and fill up and cap on foam.
The closer you can get the beer to the freezing point the easier it is to keep the CO2 dissolved in the beer, also a bit of yeast will create its own co2
Why can instead of bottling? Is there any advantage? My thought is with bottles, you can reuse the bottle and it’s easier. My preferred method of storing beer since I’m usually bringing it somewhere
@kavanboo69 I've bottled my own beet before and I got my bottles from local bars and other people. The process of bottling isn't that difficult only of you contaminate the beer and kill the remaining yeast. But I haven't "canned" beer before so I don't have much to compare to. But I know for a fact you can't recycle beer cans as easly as bottles
All the gear and you dont have any kind of co2 keg connector. This is a horrible way of filling a can. I would expect the can will taste like cardboard in 3 days.
Start small, sell them in your local stores then start expanding. With the money you earn you can purchase machinery to help with making labor lighter then you start pitching at larger stores and expand further. 🎉🎉
As a pro brewer this video is silly. That seamer is alot more expensive then a beer gun. Plus bottles are far easier for homebrewers. This method is worse then a standard growler fill....don't do this if you want good beer.
As another pro brewer there’s a lot about homebrew in general that’s silly and expensive. Saving money is not the point. I wish canning beer was an option back when I homebrewed. As far as the filling process, this video is terrible. Put a piece of 3/8” tubing over that cobra tap and fill from the bottom a lot faster. Don’t push the lid down, float it and let the lifting mechanism of the seamer push the foam out right before first operation.
Fun fact : It’s cheaper to buy full Bud Light cans and bottles empty them and refill them with your own beer than it is to buy empty cans and bottles 😂😂😂😂😂
