A couple of years ago I canned mushrooms in pint jars. We are still using them in soups and stir fry dishes. I did not add spices so we could use them in different ways. Praise the Lord for healing your friend.

So I was not happy about waiting to taste these mushrooms and GOD is so GOOD one didn't seal and I got to taste them.... So delicious 😋 o my goodness thank you JESUS for my healing I can't believe how yummy mushrooms are especially in this marinate 😋💙
I canned mushrooms in 4oz jars. I sliced them and cooked them. Then I added an onion soup packet to some beef broth and use that for the liquid and pressure canned them. I like to sauté them with onions and eat with steak or chicken or add them to my pizza
