Synopsis:
Mike and Jerry have a problem on their hands when Ginny, Mike's
teenage daughter, believes that Jerry is in love with her.
Cannonball is a British/Canadian adventure drama series starring Paul Birch and William Campbell, and aired on CBC Television in Canada, ABC Weekend TV in the United Kingdom, and in syndication in the United States. Produced by Normandie Productions and ITC Entertainment, the series' interiors were filmed at Canadian Film Industries Limited, a studio in Canada. Exteriors were shot in and around Toronto.

I was nine years old when I first saw this show. I never missed an episode! I was a huge fan and watching them again brings back many happy memories of a different time.

Filmed in Toronto Canada at Kinsway truck terminal. The trailer had compartments in it for different shots. The studio had a cab of a GM truck with no windshield for studio shots. Filmed in mono mills. oakville and orangeville ontario. The truck became a rental after the show and was later sold to Stone cartage on marigold ave near eastern ave and leslie st in toronto. ,The house they used was 40 Stanly ave off royal york rd.

That truck cab must have the most best sound insulation on the planet to cut out a Detroit diesel, lovely videos that I've never seen before thank you

@@johngibson3837 That was the first thing I noticed too. You can't talk to a passenger without yelling when you have your foot on the throttle with a 6-71. I used to drive a Brockway tractor with a 8v71.

Kids find their first day at work a huge change from schoolwork that it’s no surprise that Ginny is tired at the slightest effort.....and expect parents to fork out for everything.

I drove a truck for twenty five years. Some of this is different because of the era that it is set in. Some of this is unrealistic but some of the things are exactly what real truck drivers have to deal with. One of them is taking a told that you are told will only take you two hours and turns into much more.
