my dad was in this race. he wasnt in the video but he was driving a black Porsche 911. it was one of the most exciting experiences of my life. thank god for radar detectors!!!!

all i can say is "drive like you stole it!" this race is for people with balls. first of all you gotta have the entry fee. then risk a lot of fines and tickets. it's well worth the rush though. hehehee.

The Cannonball Run was a movie starring burt reynolds about a massive car race across country. so "cannonball run" is a reference to an illegal car race across long distances i guess.
this is the aka rally just from what I can see in this vid, most of the cars run in the gumball too, the AKA is cheaper at about 4k per car..it's also solely in the U.S. not worldwide..
agreed, but at 3:15 the cop owned everyone :D , and no rachelmaddowmyhero a sport bike cant out run the radio. no matter how hard you try, not even jets can outrun the radio.
