only one thing to consider is that really sharp fast FIXED lens does not have auto stabilizer built in like even the kit lens has great photos and I am sure good on tripod with moving subject even, but if you are holding it might experience motion blur in film mode or even motion blur with slower shutter speeds in hand held not on tripod though. I like mine but filming hand held not too much.
not the best lens for video, couse it makes weird image....that lens is for ultrawide shot and not for what you tested :P, try the 30mm or the 50mm, amazing lens. Also ultrawide i would like to recomend you sigma 16mm
22mm isn't that "ultrawide" this lens is APS-C , so its like a 35mm on Full frame, i prefer wide lenses for video, cause its more stabilized, but its about tastes, well this video its what y tried when i had this lens and i share it for help who have the doubs.
