Turn the printer off and check for paper jam P2 error code is paper jam after you remove the paper switch back the printer on hope it works

Ink Subscription is where you print specific number of page every month for example 100 page, 200 page or 600 page for a fee When your Ink is running out Canon will send you another ink . Both print are good but it depends on which features/functions you want to have on your printer and Price .HP 2720 print speed per minute is 20ppm for black and colour is 16ppm .Canon TS3550I black 7.7ppm and colour speed is 4.0 ppm .You also need to check if you can print double sided to safe paper as well, Hope this information helps you to make informed choice
