Perhaps your videos are the most useful ones I've seen. I'm shooting on canon r6-II and thinking about switching from ef lenses to rf. And only your reviews with specific examples give me the information I need and convinced me of the correctness of the decision. Thanks!
I just picked up a R6MK2, and need to get a couple of lenses. Im coming from a 80D using Tamron lenses. My main interests in photography are local club bands, motorsports, (NHRA, Indy, MotoAmerica), and airshows. Hopefully, im not wasting your time, but would you recommend this lens coupled with either the 24/70 2.8 or the 28/70 2.0. Also, what is your opinion on the 100-500 4.5-7.1 to replace my Tamron 150-600? I still intend to use my D80 at airshows and sporting events, so i don't need to replace everything immediately , but would appreciate any input as to what to expect, or even what to purchase first. I'm a new subscriber to your channel, but like what I've seen so far. Thank you for your time.
Hi Jeff. I love the 28-70 f2. I do have a 14mm to get any really wide stuff. The 100-500 is amazing. But it is very special use case. The whole RF line of lenses has the best IQ and colors. So you can't really go wrong. I use the 24-70 for all of my traveling.
Good review, and I love that lens. I’m changing over to Sony so it will be the hardest one to let go. Of and Benchmade all the way lol, cheers and happy holidays
Great video! I think you convinced me that I don’t need a prime lens anymore lol. Or maybe ? What’s your take on that ? I have the RF24-70 2.8 and the RF70-200 2.8. I wasn’t sure if I should get a prime or not. Great video!
Primes are best for that crazy blurry background and low light photography. You get a good amount of blur at 2.8. It really depends on what you are photographing.
I find that these are a good balance of price and quality for higher end lenses. adorama.rfvk.net/c/3445588/1175784/1036?prodsku=BW77B10MRC&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.adorama.com%2Fbw77b10mrc.html&intsrc=PUI2_9102
@@ThePhotographerGuy true Ceremony and reception for speeches and capturing guest reactions. I need to know how to justify getting this and 24-70f2.8RF. Maybe i will have 3 cameras setup and 4 lenses (1535,2470,70200 & 50f1.2) in the future
