Meet Mr. Ericson Ng, a former chef at Wan Hao Chinese Restaurant in Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel. He now serves a wide range of Canton-style steamed dishes & rice, nourishing stew soup, and the popular curry fish head - all at affordable hawker prices.
What makes his offerings truly special is that Ericson manages all the cooking entirely on his own. It's incredible how a one-man show can produce such a variety of delicious dishes.
The highlight of his menu is the fresh produce and seafood Ericson gets from the market daily. He has built his brand around healthy choices. For example, his traditional steamed fish features thickly sliced fish paired with black fungus and topped with wolfberry. Additionally, the steamed chicken is generously loaded with mushrooms and cordycep. Pair these with papaya pork rib or other stew soup, and you have a tempting spread that’s both delicious and reasonably priced!
