Hi, I’ve used that Cantu Curl Activator on my 4C, very short hair, and I had great results. My LOC was the Cantu Leave in Conditioner, my equal part mixture of coconut oil, almond oil and olive massaged in my scalp n then I applied the Cantu Curl Activator. Initially, I thought I was going to end up with a greasy mess, but my 4C hair loved it and stayed moisturized all day. Too bad I didn’t have anywhere to go to show it off!
That’s great! I’ve been trying to figure out what technique to use to make this product work! A lot of people have great results so I must be doing something wrong 😂😩I haven’t tried the leave in conditioner but maybe that’s what I’ve been missing! Thank you!!

Subscribed! You had me at your hair being as tired as you! Your curls looked popping to me! Maybe not more than say their curling cream but they still look happy, healthy, and curly! I just big chopped too and I'm going back to using Cantu. Great video!

I tried it again for the third time on dried stretched hair I dampened section by section and yuk it feels like a thick, heavy, product coating! Again, I can't!
Lol I usually would for gels but I didn’t think to do it because the creme was so thin🤔. Lol if I chop again I will try it, my hair is to my shoulders now so idk of that would work 🤣
Yea, many ppl can say they see a change in my hair but the "curls" weren't consistent. Trust and believe when this product dried there wasn't a curl in sight 😩🤣
The coconut curling creme is better, but the shrinkage...naaaaahhhh. I love my natural hair, but I need it longer in order for it to be worn in a way that looks great on me. I'm not the TWA or any short fro looks type of female. I need it big and billowy and I need a product that isn't heavy and dirty feeling.
The product didn’t have any hold. So for a product claiming to activate curls for all hair types, I figured it would have some hold. It didn’t activate my curls evenly and when it dried it just looked frizzy 😩
Not hold as in gel but hold as in it controls the frizz enough to help the hair curl effectively. The product also didn’t have great slip, which most curl activators have. 🤷🏽♀️
