I just made carrot cake jam yesterday and I’m definitely going to make this one. I love that these aren’t found in grocery stores it makes them that more special when you give them as gifts.

This sounds absolutely delicious. This would be great on butter cupcakes with sifted powdered sugar.

Would you mix the jam and sugar together? Like a frosting?

@@qweeknee4208 no, I would cut a round wedge out of the top. Fill with jam. Cut round wedge in half. Place on top of cupcake with round edges touching. It will look like a butterfly. Sift powdered sugar over cupcake.

I love to follow the increase of the moon being a hairdresser and my momma used to use the moon and almanac for plants 🌱… maybe can jelly on an increase to get that one extra jar… you may get more! 😂 it’s worth a try !! Thx Jenni , I love your channel 😘

Do you mean that you plant during full moons for better harvest? I know the moon effects the tide and the human body since we're mostly water, but I've not heard that it effects our gardens too.

What a great recipe. I like that it is a small batch. My sister is in town so I can teach her how to pressure can. When she heard you talking about the recipe, she told me to write it down so she can water bath them. We actually have whole pineapples right now, just need the cherries. Canuary came just in time because we have a lot of recipes from the Canuary January. Thank you all so much for doing this. We are really enjoying the series.
