Thank you and welcome back - it's good to see you again 😊. Yes there are so many variations of countdown timers that can be made. I had so much fun creating the kids' timer! ⏱
One more great tutorial Nicky! Thank you so much! 😊🙏🏻I have already created a countdown video for New Years' Eve 2020 - 2021, but I didn't have this new feature for font animation! Really cool! I usually change the slide timer on my first page and then I duplicate it, and the time of 1second will be copied for other pages.
Lovely to see you again! Goodness you are organised creating content for the New Year 🥳!! Yes exactly right, duplicating pages copies everything so that's a great time-saving tip you're using.
Thank you so much. You explained it in easy and understandable way. I have been looking how to do countdown for long time and didn’t find any video explaining.. 👍👍👍
Hi Nicky thank you for sharing! If I wanted could I keep this timer as square just to resize it to small? And is it possible to make a round timer in Canva?
Hi Nicky, your video is very helpful, thank you so much...it helps me a lot with my workout videos. With Canva free, is it possible to add a beep sound into the timer? for example for the last 3 seconds, so the viewers know that the workout will be over in 3 seconds.
Hi there, thanks for your lovely comments. What you could do is upload a 'beep' audio file from a site such as Zapsplat (you'll find a link in my RU-vid descriptions) into Canva. Then add the audio file to the video editor in the final 3 seconds. If you're unsure how to use the video editor I'll grab the link for you...
Great tutorial. I only have one problem. I need to make a 5 min countdown and canva will only allow me to do 250 pages and there is 300 seconds! 🤦🏼♀️ Now what do I do? lol
