Want to see Canyonlands in Utah, but short on time? We provide detailed directions to see the parks highlights at Island in the Sky. We also stop at Dark Horse Point State Park for an amazing sunset. #canyonlands #moab
Oh man, Moab was so much fun! I can't wait to go back. You will have a blast! If you are into 4 wheeling at all make sure to check out our Hell's Revenge video from there. That was the best thing we did in Moab. Although Canyonlands and Arches was also incredible. Take care!
Wow!! The Cayonlands are beautiful!! The scenery is incredible!! You can see for miles!! It’s incredible seeing all these views!! We are blessed with some of most amazing places!!
Glad it was useful. Canyonlands is so big! I was hoping to show a few things to do for people that don't have much time. I plan on doing a lot more of the park in the future. I think it is a bit underrated. Thanks for watching.
Just checked out your St John video. Good stuff! Looked familiar. New subscriber! We were in the water today snorkeling through Florida springs. Make sure to check out some of our older scuba/snorkeling videos like Baja California. Take care and keep it up!
This was Oct 6th. The weather for our trip was really good. Not too hot during the days and not too cold at night. The only really cold time was at the higher altitude of Bryce National Park. I imagine if you go in a few months you should have good weather as well. Wear lots of layers! The only thing that was a little slick was the slickrock at the Sand Flat's Recreational area and only when it was raining one night. We rode bikes there and did the Hell's Revenge trail on UTVs. You may have seen the video. But as for shoes a lot of people say you need big heavy hiking shoes with ankle support, but I did a lot of research and settled on some trail shoes. I'm on my second pair of these: Salomon Men's Speedcross 4 Trail Running Shoes. About 100 bucks on Amazon, but they are light, dry fast, and have a good grip. They worked well at Angel's Landing. I also climbed Machu Picchu in those and had no issues. I'm happy to answer any other questions for your trip as well.
