Also you can use wrist weights on your wrist to get increments of 1lb added or there are even 2.5lb wrist weights for increments of 2.5lb like the bowflex one.
These look like a different style than the ones people are complaining about on Amazon. Looks like Cap made some styled after Nuobell. They're on sale $200 for a pair of 50's. I'm trying to decide if I should buy them.
It’s still my favorite set! And no issues. I’d give it a solid 8 out of 10. Just taking care of it helps a lot. Clean after use and I don’t throw them.
@isaiahbarnes5906 holding up really nice. I like them a lot. Super sturdy and quality. It would be nicer if they went up in 2.5 increments but for the price can't beat it.
