As an ex cumi employee of cumi I feel cumi company is good but they have lot of bad managers, worst work environment, very bad politics affecting neutral employees as well. One of the worst salary structure for new comers basically HR will always look for cost reduction to show it to management rather than focusing employee retention. Very very bad food 😔. Good only for survival. If u r a fresher then plz don't join this company they not at all support freshers during their training period.
