She’s notorious for that, been like that in Darkstalkers games, MVC series and then CVS ones (where it truly starts to show). Until games went generally 3D. Technically there’s still Pocket Fighter where everyone is chibified. :P

Region change ofc, Vega is M.Bison in JP while Balrog is Vega and so is M.Bison is Balrog
