Cape Clear w/Brian Hughes on the Wild Whistle 

I am hearing some of the most beautiful playing ever and thinking every single lover of Irish music on the planet should be liking/loving this! Stunningly beautiful!

The Wild whistle is good, but in fairness, Brian can make any whistle sound amazing!

Brian you are indeed amazing lad! This is the first time I've had the profound pleasure of hearing you play! I hope I'll have many m{re! One thing that also amazes me is how closely related the irish whistle sound in Cape Clear (slow air), and the sound of the Native American flutes are! Bi have played Native American flutes for decades, and although I wouldn't stand hair too hair with Brian, I have produced some tunes that sound quite close! I would love to play along side of you, or play a descant to one of your slow tunes! Native flutes are always made from sacred wood within the environment of our homelands and are best heard outside in our woods. Thank you for the privilege of allowing me to hear your talent! That was truly beautiful Brian, the combination of your playing with the beautiful scenery and the sound of the water was marvellous.I bought one of these A whistles after hearing you first play one and it soon became my favourite whistle . I only wish that one day I might sound half as good as you on it !
