On our final two vacation days we did a little more thrifting, explored Wood's Hole, Gray's Beach, and the Bass Hole Boardwalk and had a delicious dinner at Mad Minnow (highly recommend the shrimp and crab po' boy). Then sadly our vacation came to a close and we headed home, back to real life. Thank you so much for following along with our vacation vlogs!

What a wonderful vacation!!! Please do similar series again!! I’d also love to see your top planning tips for traveling with little ones. I saw how you pack and do laundry on a trip, but would love to hear more…. About the spots and activities and how much you schedule… plan B….etc. My babies are a little older now but we plan on traveling with other family members that still have littles!! God bless!! ❤️🙏🏻

I could see the light and joy in your eyes when you were back home. Easy to see you are sincerely happy to be home. I love that. Too many people (some in my family) have treated home as a place to be escaped from for far too long. I want little more than to feel joy in my home and comforted when returning home.

Thanks Hilary for sharing your family vacation with us. It is a beautiful place to visit and so glad you had a good time. Parenting is hard but you are in the prime of your life. There is nothing like watching your babies grow up. The worse part is we don't have the energy they have and tire sooner but you handle it well. I always love your video's no matter the content. Ha I noticed something, Luke and your girls love thrift store shopping as much as Mommy. Our sons did too but I doubt they like it now unless they are looking for something unusual. 🤔 See you on the next video.

I say, “Vacation is a change of place!” The pace with children is really no different than when we’re at home, just different scenery and ways to fill our day. I am pretty sure my season of solo vacations will be longer than the season of vacationing with children, but it’s just relentless in the meantime! Blessedly relentless! 🥹 (Oh, and I’m definitely with you on the mid-trip laundry!)

You can never avoid death, taxes & laundry 🤣 Bringing less on vacation & washing it on vacation is better than coming home & having a boat load of stinky clothes - also less to put away. I really enjoyed your vacation - thanks for sharing. Glad you all had a fun safe trip.

I have a lovely memory of taking my kidlets to Cape Cod over 30 years ago myself, and I laughed when you talked about the laundry. After leaving there I was desperate to find a laundromat, went to one adjoining Harvard , which was where they had filmed a scene in The movie Love Story(before your time!) -kids played on the playground across the street while I did the laundry, and I enjoyed myself buying a few used books that they had right there in the laundromat! Probably that was one of my clearest memories of that trip through New England!

Loved these vlogs! I live in Maine and grew up going to Cape Cod for a week every summer and they brought back wonderful memories! Every time you guys go to the Cape I think you’d also love exploring the coast of Maine. Camden, Belfast, Acadia…some ideas for the future maybe!

We just got back from vacation and I agree. I made a couple exceptions but mostly stuck to what I eat. It was fun but I feel better when I eat the things that make me feel good.
