You really made me laugh out loud when you said "the dough looks like cellulite" and you said it seriously without your famous giggle 😂 Thank you for another wonderful recipe 💕
The best ever flaky Roti's in the whole wide world. I haven't bought another store-bought roti since I got taught by our Beautiful Fatima Sydow. Thank you,🤗 Fatima. Your Roti recipe is the Best everrrrrr!!!!💐
Slm my Aunty Fatima Shukran for your flaky roti recipe. I just love this roti. I make it almost every weekend (met my aunty fatima se lekker curry ) yummy yummy in my tummy🥰😋😋😋😋❣❣❤❤❤💞 Love you my aunty famita so much...
Oh,yes it is so lovely to see Fatima cooking and baking all these dellicious recipes. Makes me become more homesick. Thank you wonderful Fatima.Greeings from a South African living in Germany .
Thanks. There are only my wife and I so to buy a packet of 5 Roti's for us is a waste. I made these yesterday and they turned out perfectly . Light and fluffy and flakey on the outside. Had two for lunch and froze two balls for next time. I prefer weights rather than cups etc in a recipe and my two cups of flour were 270g.
I'm so technical with dough, if I don't have all the flour and water combined, including the bits in the bowl and on my hands, it feels like my dough isn't right!
I use to make a goodly amount once its in its swirl stage I would pack it in ice cream containers in layers putting sheets of wax paper in between and use as needed kept for a long time in freezer
Hello Fatima I hope you are well. I want to make 100 large rotis.what are the quantities of ingredients I will need. Also do you have a recipe for liquid dough paratha regards Kevin
@@AnivlA84 nah ahh..iti s roti canai,,indian roti.not malay at ll.they can even say that whatever is original to a culture, cos they COPY it,but it does not mean it is really is.. malays and chinese, does not have the concept of "bread" which is semites/,turkish./and south asian/european
@@alfawolf7125 I always thought the chinese had a long history of bread and rice... 😅 I also thought this was a slightly adapted recipe the Cape Malays make from Malay influence. The more you know!
