How this stay for long time if no preservatives? How you can prevent it from mold???

hygiene and it has no water elements, thats why it can stay for long time

the peanut butter can be kept for not more than 2 weeks under such conditions, the main reason is low moisture content, commonly the roasted peanut is only 2-3%. Anyway, this brand's slogan is fresh & natural :)
