Natural peanut butter made the traditional way. This is how it was made by the ancient indigenous americans with a grindstone called "metate". Respect to you hardworking people from a Mexican.

A tip for your good wife : If you put them in a folded towel after roasting and rub them inside the towel , it will remove the skins and then simply blow them away as she did . Thank you for sharing , I really enjoyed watching the process and only wished I could have tried a little myself.

@EatingTheAfricanWay
@EatingTheAfricanWay Год назад
Are you for real????
@klentir4620
@klentir4620 Год назад
@@EatingTheAfricanWay I've only had groundnut paste a couple times (with matoke), but the groundnut is kind of a light purple and brown and the flavour was not as strong as the peanutbutter I find in stores. Maybe the groundnut paste was mixed with something else, but the Ugandans in Toronto swear the purple-ish kind is authentic. It might differ from region to region in Uganda, the pearl of Africa is quite big
@EatingTheAfricanWay
@EatingTheAfricanWay Год назад
I understand you....there are people who want more money.....they fix ground nuts with beans and grind them together....so you need to be careful when buying them...... that light purple and drown ground paste is good but when you use peanut butter it becomes better... hope you get what I mean....haha
@LetsTravellChannel
@LetsTravellChannel Год назад
@@klentir4620 the brown color comes from the ground nuts that you roast before grinding. The purple/pink color is raw ones.
