Cape Verde has amazing beaches and music Rwanda is cleanest Kenya is the most balanced Angola has a great energy Uganda has humble people Botswana and Namibia have huge potential and progress I could go on and on

Don't put Namibia and Botswana in the same position. Namibia is more developed than Botswana, more westernised (Lots of German and Dutch settlers), diverse (There are about 7 languages), quite clean, beautiful coast and laid back.
