I think they got this chance first time after their graduation....Performed at their best....Softwares companies like pressure machines they always put their employes in pressure
I'm from Brazil and this performance was awesome, companies shouldn't be a stressful place and nothing better than sometimes there are some moments to relax without disturb the work moment, as well as how great the Indian culture is!! Brazil and India has lots of things in common, we belong from the same economy block BRICS, and we have lots of great energy and happiness!!!

Due to migration of north people to Bengaluru people will forget kannada and only speak Hindi with every person this leads to imposition of hindi in Karnataka state north people should learn kannada and speak in kannada language huge respect to kannada
My dream was also to work in capgemini after clg placement but due to assignment given by company .I tried but not able to do that because i know only c, and little bit C++ but other languages I don't have the knowledge and I tried to learn, but in the given time interval i m not able to do complete assignments and company revoked my call letter. today..... searching for job!!!
