When I see trains by my self it depends which crossing I’m going to so if I go to Oltorf Street then I have to take the 318 all the way to the transit center then take 300 to it which helps me get a lot closer to the crossing if there’s an issue on that bus then 803
I think it’s mainly because the Novas in Austin are actually LFXs, so they’re configured for BRT. They also have the newer headlight design, frameless windows (which really improves the look) and a nice paint scheme.
