American Admiral's Flagship Lounge is better with complimentary offerings such as buffet and alcoholic beverages that must be paid for in the Capital One lounge as "premium". Only rail-level offerings are complimentary in Cap One. Of course, if you are flying TK, you will be stuck with this unless you have an Amex card to access the Centurion lounge.
