This is a very interesting documentary. I'm on the fence when it comes to capital punishment. It's such a terrible situation either way

9:00 I don't understand, the police were called by the neighbor who said he heard screams for help from a woman who neighbors him and that he could hear a choking sound. From what they say, the police were there 20 minutes later, and what did they do? Because she didn't show up for a lunch date with her brother he went to look for her and found her dead in her bedroom. So, WTF did the police do when they arrived there that night after hearing the stress call, reporting a possible murder???
