Love your breakdown of this. I am currently starting coaching and was having problems with attacks. Watching this helped me not only to get a better understanding on how i could possibly break down an execute for my team but also on how to structure attack plans for this phase a bit. I have always struggled with creating stuff for the attack and this is definitly helping me understanding it a bit more. So big thanks to you. Hope to see more of you.

I haven't played siege in about 2 years, been busy with CSGO and Val, but hearing "Ying is a common ban" and "Warden is a must-pick" in the same video just about killed me. I remember back when Warden was downright unplayable and ying wasn't too far behind him lol. Great vid tho, these types of analysis vids are great regardless of which tac shooter they're for.

What's hilarious is that Capitao used to be such a common ban on pre-rework Oregon for the exact reason of the fire bolt onto the laundry mirror. Maybe we'll start seeing Glaz smoke plants soon lmao
That's so true, Cap was the best counter with Glaz to the old Mira window hold. Glaz right now I believe is really strong but isn't brought simply because of Warden's pickrate, but I'm sure no one misses Glaz meta back when he was super strong hahah
Grim will always be underwhelming as a ping on a defender isn't a big deterrent. However, his buff does give him at least SOME usages that we could see in Stage 2!
maybe its because i dont watch PL games, but i feel like capitao and ying have been slept on forever. Idk i bought both early on when i started playing r6 and was always just like "they are hella good why isnt everyone running them?"
I think Ying & Capitao in ranked are really underused bc they do both have a high skill ceilings, and work best with coordinated pushes (which obviously isn’t ranked😂). Ying in the past year of PL has become a very highly banned operator now, Capitao I’d still say only has his niche uses

Good question, funnily enough I started off wanting to do a video on just Oregon basement and why it’s so defender sided (explaining what I explained at the start with crossfires etc). But as I watched more and more Oregon games from Stage 1 and CPH Major I started to see a lot of Capitao, and that’s where the idea stemmed from!!
He could, but Grim is very soft area denial, a ping on a defender isn’t enough to deter them from playing somewhere. Ying & Capitao are hard area denial because there’s an active incentive for the defenders to move (being blinded or taking damage from fire)
Ok so from playing the new Grim with the new season, I'm changing my opinion. He's now extremely good at area denying because the bees don't live ping (new ping every 0.5s or so), it's a CONSTANT tracker ping. Bees now cover larger areas, are quicker to fire in succession, and last longer. His buff is really promising.
