Here is an older unit on a hand-tossed recycle route in one of Boston’s historic downtown neighborhoods. Beacon Hill’s narrow streets and four-story apartments leave very little room for trash cans, so most of the material is set out in bags and collected twice a week. Unfortunately the pump runs at idle on this truck, but the fast paced collection style makes up for it in my opinion.
