Capoeira Au Cortada 

One of my Fav moves in Capoeira, here a quick Tutorial if you want to give it a try
AU CORTADA
STEP 1 AU
Im sure you have seen me doing cartwheels a lot, the reason is because they are the base for most of the acrobatics so here is no difference, in order to achieve this move is essential that you are able to perform a cartwheel with the less effort.
STEP 2 FINTA DE AU
This exercise is sort of like a fake cartwheel, here we will raise up and just stay in that position, is important you do it as i did cuz in order to progress into the next exercise.
STEP 3 TROCA DE FINTA DE AU
This move is key in order to understand the Au Cortada, note that I switch the leg as soon as i place my hands on the floor, we will do the same when perfomring the full movement, for now just focus on body positioning.
STEP 4 AU ROLE
This step is the last part of the movement, this is how we will exit after the kick, so is very important you are able to do this move, other wise it will be hard to finish the move.
STEP 5 AU WITH TROCA DE PERNA
We are almost done, here you will add the first exercises together, after taking off you will switch your leg like on step 2, the difference is that we will drop the body level into the elbow, so after switching you will hold your body like in a queda, so work on this move until you have the strength required.
STEP 6 AU WITH TROCA TO AGACHAMENTO
This is the last piece of the puzzle, is almost the full movement we will only change the exit, so instead of going into an Au Role, we will go down and finish in agachamento, this way we will build transition awareness, before we put au role at the end.
