Another superhero transformation from my childhood, from the Captain Caveman segment on the 1980 Flintstones Comedy Show (not to be confused with the original series Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels from 1977, or the Captain Caveman and Son segments from the 1986 Flintstone Kids series). This is from the first episode, Clownfoot.
It's downright scary how difficult these old superhero transformations are to find on RU-vid. (More accurately, it's scary what you do find when you search for "transformations" - either drawings of people turning into animals, or videos about skinny people who worked out and now have muscles)
It's also surprisingly difficult to find any clips (let alone full episodes) of this particular incarnation of Captain Caveman. The other two shows I can find easily,, but not this one.
