I thought that was so sweet. Apologizing for wronging people is something that is so wonderful to see, especially for people to specifically call it out. No one deserves to be maltreated, especially by people who didn't even desire to hurt them - this Captain Johnson seems to be a much more compassionate, or at least much, much more complex, person than Peter has lead us to believe. I find this skit so sweet ♡
@@blessedandbiwithahintofmagic Yeah not only is the skit funny I find the genuine concern and apologetic nature of the apology to be the cutest thing ever. The way they all just love the captain.
After I cut off Anakin's remaining limbs and left him to burn I decided to name him Darth Metal Feet. It was quite humorous for everyone that wasn't Anakin.
This reminds of a writing prompt my friend once wrote a story about: "You're finished, Captain Hook!" "Well, I- Wait did you call me Hook? Because of the hand?" "Well yeah-" "Wow okay, my dad died too, why not just call me Captain Dead Dad?"
Omg I wrote something similar in my story; my main character is a teenage girl who is Captain Hook: “Get off my land Captain Hook and take your crew with you! You aren’t welcome here.” “Unbelievable, we’re trying to save your as- Hold up, Captain Hook?” “That’s your name isn’t it, you’re pirates and your name is Captain Hook, you know because of your hook hand.” “You see a group of teenagers on a boat and the first thing you see is pirates? We don’t even look like pirates! And the hook, it’s just a spell gone wrong; I’ve had it for two hours. I’m also a lesbian, would you call me Captain Lesbian if I didn’t have the hook?” “Oh, well GET OFF MY LAND CAPTAIN LESBIAN!”

Kinda scary to imagine how he got the name "Johnson" though ... did Tinkerbell give him that name because of some prior interaction ? Inquiring minds want to know!
"Captain guy liner" The part that had me laughing was that they really just pulled the most low-key once upon a time reference they could and used it as a pinch line
@@aoisora1445 no yes you're right jack sparrow does but you'll have to realize that in once upon a time captain hook is actually referred to as Captain Guyliner at least once.
I would have suggested Captain Red. The rumors could be he was so good at fighting and would plunder so many ships that he wouldn’t bother to wash his coat and eventually it was permanently stained red with the blood of fallen enemies. His crew would be the only to know that the real reason is because his favorite flower is the red rose and thus is his favorite color. It was his mum’s favorite flower.
"his parents was Greek" is such a great line I love how in now way does it give any explanation as to why his parents named him one-eyed-Pete but they just go along with it like its the perfect gotcha moment.
This is well done, seriously. The Hook mannerisms are kind of inspired by the Disney and Robin Williams characters, maybe a little Jack Sparrow, but with his own touch. And I detect a fair amount of Monty Python, which is high praise.
It helps that it's not a laugh track. It's filmed in front of a live audience. Same with Big Bang Theory. There's actually times where they had to pause in acting the scene because the audience was laughing so hard for both shows.
The guy liner part reminds me of this one part in “Once Upon A Time” when the Evil Queen is making a plan with Captain Hook about something and she goes “Alright, CAPTAIN GUYLINER!” sarcastically and I DIED at that part LMFAOOO
wait you mean the part where regina's talking to emma and she's like "without you and *captain guyliner* making eyes at each other" and then emma's like "we don't make eyes" and the captain guyliner over here makes eyes at her? that part?
Crewmate(idk his name): "Well isnt that Yer name? Hook?" Hook: "NO! ITS JHONSON!!! WHO TOLD YOU MY REAL LAST NAME, WAS RELATED TO THE WORST ACCIDENT IN MY LIFE?!!??!!??!!?!" 2 mates: *points at Peter and Wendy* Hook: "oh my gosh thats so mean" 1:19 (THAT CRACKED ME UP SO GPOD 😂)

I heard that Peter once saw Captain Hook with an eye patch and Peter was like "oh what happened to your eye" and Hook said. "I was carrying something in my hand and a piece of dust got in my eye so I went to rub it with my other hand but"
I actually made a pirate tale of two opposing pirate forces when I was like 12, being; Captain Skyscrimer and Captain Scarlet Gold. And I loved the frick out of that story for years. Watching this kinda makes me wanna go back and redo it now :)
I love that the RU-vid algorythm thought I needed to see this. The way Captain Johnson here uses such an emphatic way of speaking is just pure perfection. X'D We need a movie of this. I'd love to see more of this stuff as a parody sorta movie about all characters involved in the story.
Peter "I don't want to get a real job Mcleggings" would never be that polite to address Captain Hook by his official title. Judging by the leg kick, Captain hook could have attend ballet school before. And I also didn't know they have mini truck on Never Never Land.
