There are notes taken out, tempo is completely different, this one is lacking the distinct buzz of an electric guitar heard in Seven Nation Army, and they are in different octaves. I am not refuting the fact they use the four of the same notes in different time signatures, and it very well could be sampled yet heavily distorted, but I just don't see the reason to use a sample just to distort it so and I don't hear the sample.
