New Price is about 35 years old, while Old Price was 63 at the end of MW3. I'm pretty sure, back before BO2 was even thought about, John Price was meant to be THE original Price since he would be 25 years old in 1978, but because people loved BO1 so much, they decided to not acknowledge the event of Charybdis to make BO2 happen.

@Zomb Slayer Black Ops Cold War Zombies aka Dark Aether Storyline also takes place in the BO universe. The previous Zombies story, just known as Aether, is still canon. When Nikolai ended the multiverse in bo4, it resulted in the BO/WaW/MW’19 universe. Very confusing.

We need a prequel to bo2 since in one of the pre mission cutscene things in bo2 they talk about how the CIA killed menedez’s father in the 1970’s or somewhen like that and it did involve mason and woods
"Treyarch cares about their coninuity." Sure but...Black Ops 2 is kinda non canon now since there's no way technology advances from MW19 to BO2 in just five years. I mean Black Ops 2 has actual invisibility cloaks, kinetic bombardment satellites, CLAW drones, a giant floating city, all Ospreys now have jet engines instead of propellers, etc So it shows they don't care too much about the lore lmao
Since there is technically 3 endings to cw Ill explain The truth: this leads to bo2 since the characters would still be alive by the time the bo2 story started The lie: this leads to mw2019 since the bo characters are all killed by you The secret lie ending: you can get this when you finish the campaign on choosing the lie but if you do not go into the previous mission where you call for back up you get killed by adler for being a traitor and that could also lead into mw2019 or bo2. So its possible that bothcould be happening just at different parts of the world or the mw2019 and bo2 timelines are different and its like ths zombies timeline where it splits into different paths
why do i feel like that's happened with warzone and Black ops was because of Primus and Ultimus ending the Aether storyline and everything becomes connected to one universe all this was because of Tag Der Toten and the kronorium its all connected dude it makes sense.
It pretty obvious the intel was written to tie into the original Modern Warfare timeline, as it would line up pretty well with Price’s age in those games. I wonder if they’ll ever elaborate on it further to make it fit better into the reboot timeline, but either way it’s still really cool they are actually acknowledging these minor story details that most people have probably never even heard of.

As cool as the campaign/zombies lore is it’s a little stupid that now modern warfare is going to b connected to zombies even though that story is supposed to be realistic and grounded in reality
Captain price was born in 1953. If he joined the SAS at 18 it’s very much likely that this was actually the price we know who was supposed to hunt down these three at age 22-23. He said a “young Johnathan price”. It lines up eith the timeline. If it was his dad we are looking at a 40-45 year old man who isn’t young by those standards.
What if the reason john price was assigned to kill mason weaver woods and hudson was because Woods killed mason and got hudson killed so they wanted to cover it all up and woods went into hiding lol with his wheel chair ofc
No this is before black ops 2 so the situation about Price killing Mason doesn’t have to do anything with about Woods kills Mason and Hudson gets killed
MW 2019 is a reboot, the MW stories are probably still the same like the OG MW but just crossed with Black Ops Storyline but in the Campaign, we get to see how Price met Gaz and every since the Nuke Cutscene after you finish getting all Intel's from the game, Price talks to Soap on Dam and it probably took place after meeting Gaz technically having Soap meet the OG Characters still such as Gaz, Ghost, Griggs, Kamarov, Price, etc.
@@ultragaming1156 but the thing is though soap joined 141 in the first MW and meets Gaz and price for the first time and this one reason why I hate to see the story all mixed up it’s confusing like is MW 2019 is like a multiverse mix with Cold War I’m hella confused.

@@Kamreezyy and yeah exactly, the Story is still the same, from both OG Modern Warfare and 2019 Reboot, the only difference is the 2019 is a reboot, it's a Treyarch Story. The story of Soap meeting price is still the same, it's just the OG will forever be kept original and the reboot is now a crossover with Black Ops
