I loved the end. Sig really does treat jake like a son as his father figure. Jake crying to sig like he did and sig consoling him by telling him not to get all mad, and telling him that hes going to be fine, while teaching him a lesson for messing up. That whole exchange was awesome. I rewound the end a few times cuz it kept making me laugh. Just another reason why sig is my favorite captain

Mandy thinks she owns the Behring Sea but she hasn't earned respect yet. Even Andy Hillstrand said don't listen to her "She's just a deckhand, not a Captain" when Sig thought he was getting bait from the Time Bandit and then Sig and Mandy got all pissy when the Time Bandit took it all and left Sig nothing. It was totally Sigs fault. He forgot to order bait, then tried blaming it on the Time Bandit. Sig and Mandy both manipulative narcissists.💯

Same with Jake. All he does is whine and cry and bitch. Always asked for help. And then says he does it all. Then when something doesn’t go his way he throws a temper tantrum. Good on Sig!

In the early seasons they used to be 3/4 full more often then not. But I think when they fish for fish and not crab it’s a bit different

Her daddy didn’t give her her Captain’s License, you idiot! She may have been given a spot on her daddy’s boat, but she still had to earn her Captain’s License in the same manner as every Captain at sea.
