Ghana cannot wait for everyone to be rich to impose the necessary taxes. It's part of nation building. If we want to be like the European s and the Americans, we need to do what they do. In America, after our payroll tax deductions, every internal or external transaction is taxed. Even buying bottled water. If you use your ATM card to buy 10 items a day, you will be taxed in all.
