Captain Titus vs Chaos Lord Nemeroth: Final Battle (Warhammer 40k: Space Marine) 

Everyone in this game was like "HOW U RESIST CHAOS????" Clearly they've never heard of Adamantium Will.

I like how Nemeroth tried to persuade Titus with the initial reason Horus wanted to rebel. He (and others) felt that the imperium's reclaiming of the galaxy would mean nothing in the long run as the astartes were going to spend all their time simply fighting to hold it together while the local planetary governments would squander their resources. Horus wanted a stratocracy headed by the astartes to rule humanity. He just happened to fall in with a bad crowd who were all "And wouldn't everything look better if it was alive and on fire?"

"YOU ARE NO THREAT TO ME, ULTRA-MARINE!" I don't know. He just mowed through six Bloodthirsters with two shots. That's damned impressive.

Hey, guys remember when Cpt. Titus killed a demon prince by squashing his face so hard that it explodes into a fine red mist? Yeah me too, shit was dope.

Lets be honest, the ultramarine just won against a champion of chaos due to the orks thinking he was lucky enough

I'm okay with the final battle being a QTE. Punching and striking a Daemon Prince in the face with a chainsword repeatedly was rather satisfying.

Granting their herald the gift of daemon-princehood only for them to immediately get battered by a space marine is peak chaos god tomfoolery

I’ve always thought the reason why Titus was untouched by the Warp was because the Emperor Protects. It wouldn’t surprise me if the Emperor was watching and decided to shield Titus so he can push forward and destroy the traitor Chaos Marines.

I love how Titus killed by literally CRUSHING HIS HEAD IN HIS HANDS!

OKAY HERE COMES THE ULTIMATE LINE FOR TITUS: "I have come here to kill Xenos and Herectics...and I'm all out of Xenos." -Captain Titus as he faces Nemeroth and his servants.

And this kids, is why you always wear a helmet when fighting an Ultramarines Chapter Captain.

This game didn't leave much of an impression on me, but I always remember just how brutal and savage that ending is. The way Titus kills Nemeroth is so violent and awesome

Loved this game. Wish they would make another one. Or heck, let them make it as dynasty warriors style game. Can't get enough of the Warhammer/40k universe.

The chadmarine who tackled a chaos pansy off a mile high tower and fought him the entire way down... yeah that guy's a heretic.

As a Chaos player, I too like to laugh arrogantly while a Space Marine player completely mows down 1-3 of my units in their first shooting phase.

Yeah its a QTE but the scene was awesome enough to make up for it. The real meat of the game was with the Orc's and its still good enough. I stil recommend this game for its style... Give me one more game that lives up to this Gunplay/Meele Hack&Slash PLEASE DMC CANT DELIVER.

I'm pretty sure I died during this stage more times than I did throughout the entire rest of the campaign.

One of the few good warhammer 40k games, along with Dawn of war

One of my favorite games of all time. However ... While I realize that Titus is an Astarte, a genetically enhanced super soldier .. I still have to ask, how did he survive not only the explosion of the Warp Devise, but the fall to the ground that followed that massive explosion?

Honestly I didn't like this fight, I was expecting at least a few interesting boss fights in the game given the setting but all we got was the Warboss, which was ok at best, and then this, where you just fight a few waves of same steves you did before and free fall from Emperor knows how much altitude while just QTE the shit out of the demon prince. I mean he could have manipulated the debri around to make a ground do fight in, punched you back into the tower and then have a phase there, summon a chaos engine or something, anything but instead you are just punching an oversized rat in terminator armour. It was just unsatisfying for me.

I always try this sequence with the thunder hammer only, except for the floating guys of course

The part where Nemeroth said Titus was his "Brother" could mean 3 things. 1.) Nemeroth was a former Ultramarines Librarian. 2.) Marines of other Chapters/Legions sometimes called them Brother's. 3.) (Stupid sounding) Nemeroth could be Titus's biological brother.

I must admit, this was the most disappointing boss fight I've ever played. I wanted to fight Nemeroth like Grimskull, not just mow through a few more waves of Chaos forces before a QTE ends the game.

Not gonna lie but chaos lord Nemeroth look like general RAAM of gear of war 1 and 3 of his armor

tbh. i can understand the inquisition. a single space marine(not Chapter Master or Lord), destroying more then 30 Lesser Khorne Daemons, more then 30 corrupted Space Marines, and Marines, atleast on Sorcerer, and an Undivided Chaos Lord(Ex Terminator, based on 2 x Lightning Claws - stopping a tainted Ex-Terminator Chaos Lord Claws by hand) with multiple Chaos Gifts(important enough so that Khorne and atleast one other God shown interest - based on the fact that the Daemons are Khorne, but the Sorcerer not. And Chaos dont like to work together.) + using magic, in the time of a few minutes, and surviving that... Theres no fuking way he is "pure" and not corrupted himself
