I tried this recipe. Pretty good. One thing worth mentioning is that the honey will burn in the oil after using the oil for about 2 batches of fish... or about 12 minutes (6 minutes each batch). The oil should be then be changed. I learned the hard way and ruined the third batch of fish.
Caught some fresh walleye on lake st. clair today, filleted them up and used this recipe and it was the best fish I ever had. You sir are a culinary genius, thanks for sharing!
