Where are you going to get typed? I went into class at CAE knowing nothing. Primarily you need to study systems, limitations and emergency memory items. You’ll learn all of that there so don’t worry.

@@BrianMonette Totally agree! I'm afraid too many up and coming pilots are growing overly dependent on automation at the expense of their basic stick & rudder and instrument interpretation skills. When you start losing displays or have a serious air data or AHRS miscompare condition (as I have experienced myself) you'll be glad to know you can still hand fly on raw data!!!

The Challenger is a very capable aircraft. Great brakes and thrust reversers. We’ve tackled shorter runways because of it. You have a nice home airport. I enjoy flying there.
