I was on this stream earlier, but missed this part as I showed up later. It's quite tragic that CapturingChristianity lives in fear of you, you seem like a wonderful guy. Also, him not refunding you puts him in a quite dark gray area of thievery, since he didn't show it nor say the text as wanted. Only thing making it light being that he didn't ask for the money so it's slightly on you, but the implication of service is still present.
