Hi, thanks for the info, Could you please clarify below doubts: 1.Do they ask for the International driving Permit(IDP) from india? or our normal driving license is fine? (currently in Spain so cannot apply for IDP now) 2.Also do they ask to deposit the "Excess" amount along with security deposit (usually €350) ? 3. Does our common indian credit card works for security deposit?
1. No. Your normal Indian driving license would be fine. 2. 350 euros was all that they blocked until we returned the vehicle. 3. Yes common indian credit card works. I used Niyo global credit card. Important thing, the credit card should only be with the name of that person who is renting the vehicle.
