Hello! I purchased the Cybex cloud q and vista v2 with adaptors for the car seat. I found that the adaptors they now sell do not fit the cloud q because of where the releases are on the adaptors. The cloud q pushes them down when locked in which means it is no longer locked in the base. I purchased the older type of adaptor in hopes that this will fix the problem. Just thought I would leave an update for anyone who may be thinking the same thing.
You are correct! This video was published back in 2019. In 2020 UPPAbaby made some changes to their line, including the release of new adapters which no longer fit the Cloud Q. However, the adapters SKU 0254 that are since discontinued did work with the Cloud Q due to its different design.
Thanks for this great video! My 1 year-old daughter will soon need a bigger car seat and was wondering if there are any toddler-friendly seats that are compatible with the UPPAbaby VISTA. So far I've only seen compatibility for baby car seats.
Hi there! Only infant car seats are compatible with strollers as convertible car seats are too heavy and made to be kept in the car at all times. The stroller seat will be what you use on the Vista frame through the remainder of the time they use it! Hope this helps.
Hello, can I place two car seats (Chicco) at the same time? That is, one above and one below? Or does one have to be chicco brand and the other Uppababy brand? Thanks!!
Yes, you can! Here is the adapter needed to connect the compatible Chicco car seat models: strolleria.com/products/uppababy_car_seat_adapter_-_chicco Additional adapters may also be required depending on the configurations you are looking to do!
Thank you for this video! I am very interested in purchasing the Uppababy Minu with a compatible car seat from Maxi-Cosi, Nuna Pipa, or Cybex. Will you be making a video showing those car seats with the Minu?
Hi Sam, yes, that's on the list! In the meantime, feel free to email us at customercare@strolleria.com if you have questions about using the Minu on these car seats-we'd be happy to send you a short video, too!
Thank you for a very informative video. Quick question: I have have an UPPAbaby Vista and just bought the lower adapter. However, the original seat doesn't fit into these new adapters, which is really strange. But looking at both the fixed connector points on the actual stroller vs the lower adapter's, they differ somewhat. The upper has grooves within the grooves, whereas the lower has only once set of grooves. Any idea what's going on? The Vista is made in Nov 2017. Thanks in advance!
Hi Andreas, thank you for watching, we're glad to hear you found this informative!! Sorry, the VISTA series toddler seat will never fit in the lower setting, it is too large and always attaches to the upper setting only. For a seat to hold a toddler in the lower setting, you will need to purchase the VISTA Rumbleseat which comes with its own adapters: strolleria.com/products/2020-uppababy-vista-v2-rumbleseat
Hi Hannah, thanks for watching! Consumer Reports rates the Nuna PIPA and PIPA Lite models "Best" in Crash Protection actually! Which organization's crash test scores are you referencing?
Hi, just a bit confused so is there four different adapters ? I have a Maxi-Cosi car seat but want to know how many adapters I need? Or if I should even buy the stroller. Since it sounds so complicated. Do the regular upper adapters adapt to Maxi-Cosi car seat?
Hi there! There are many different adapter choices for the Vista depending on which car seat model you want to use and in what position. Since you want to use a Maxi-Cosi car seat there would just be one adapter to use depending on the position on the frame. Here is a link to the compatibility and adapters needed: strolleria.com/collections/infant-car-seats-compatible-with-uppababy-vista-stroller The UPPAbaby Vista V2 is one of the most user-friendly strollers on the market once you have the adapters you need!
Sorry, we do not carry Evenflo products so have not tried this combination, but it is not listed as compatible by UPPAbaby who manufactures the Cybex adapter for their strollers. Thank you!
Yes, if you're using one of the other compatible infant car seats besides the Mesa, which attaches to the VISTA without adapters, you would need to remove the car seat adapters before attaching the bassinet. Thankfully all of the adapters are quick and easy to attach or remove as needed!
I am sorry, but UPPAbaby does not make an adapter to connect a Graco car seat at this time. Here is a link to all the infant car seats compatible with the Vista V2: strolleria.com/collections/infant-car-seats-compatible-with-uppababy-vista-stroller
Sorry, UPPAbaby does not make an adapter for Graco with the VISTA or VISTA V2 so that will not be compatible! Here is a link to car seats compatible with the UPPAbaby VISTA V2: strolleria.com/collections/infant-car-seats-compatible-with-uppababy-vista-stroller
Hi, could you fit the maxi cosi car car seat on top (with the adapters it sits quite high) and still fit the regular toddler seat at the bottom forward facing? (Not the rumbler seat)
Great question! For a toddler to sit in the lower, front position of the VISTA you need the Rumbleseat. The Toddler seat that comes with the VISTA only attaches to the main or upper position of the stroller.
Hi there I bought the vista 2 stroller and the mesa car seat, after I clip my mesa on the stroller the mesa is not fixed and a bit jiggly ? Is that normal? I did not need any adapters to add the mesa to the vista 2 Please help
Yes, it's normal to see some front to back movement of the car seat on the stroller, but please make sure that the car seat is only removable by pressing the grey release button at the top of the handlebar. If you have any concerns about the functionality of your car seat or stroller, please contact the manufacturer directly for further assistance!
Yes, the Nuna adapter for UPPAbaby VISTA V2 is compatible with the VISTA Upper and Lower adapters. Please email our team at customercare@strolleria.com if you need assistance finding the right configuration for your family's needs!
May I know which lower adapter you used to fit the Nuna ring in the video? For some reason I can't fit the Nuna ring adapter into my V2 rumble seat adapter.
The Rumbleseat adapter only accommodates the Rumbleseat, to attach the Nuna ring adapter for UPPAbaby to the lower setting you'd use the VISTA Lower Adapter here: strolleria.com/products/uppababy-vista-lower-adapter
hi! we bought adapters (it says that there are for Maxi Cosi but can also be used for Cybex Aton M I Size) but when we put our Cybex Aton M I Size it is not fixed although we hear "click", the car seat seems to be swaying. Can you help us?
While we can't speak to non-U.S. models (i-size is not a U.S. model), the Cybex Aton series in the U.S. can be used with UPPAbaby Adapter 0254 or 0919-UMA-WW. Even with the UPPAbaby Mesa on the Vista, you will see some forward and backward movement of the car seat on the stroller frame, this is not unusual. You want to be sure the car seat clicks into the adapters, and can only be removed from the adapter by pressing release buttons on the car seat.
Yes it can! Here is a link to the UPPAbaby / Maxi Cosi Upper car seat adapters, and the Coral XP inner carrier adapter: strolleria.com/products/uppababy-car-seat-upper-adapter-for-vista-and-cruz-nuna-maxi-cosi-cybex-clek strolleria.com/products/maxi-cosi-inner-carrier-adapter-coral-xp
Hi do the maxi cosi adapters on the upper position will also fit on the lower position? I consider to buy a used stroller probably around 2019. I just want to be sure that there is only one set of adapters either on the upper and lower positions. Thank you!
You would need the Lower Car Seat Adapters for Maxi Cosi to attach a Maxi Cosi infant car seat to the lower position of the VISTA: strolleria.com/products/uppababy_maxi_cosi_lower_adapters
Hi, trying to decide if I need upper or lower car adapters. We have Bub #2 on the way and current averaged sized bub is 18 months old. Can the car seat only fit on the lower section (if we want to fit our toddler too) or can you have it up high while the toddler is on a rumble seat down the bottom?
Great question and congratulations! For a toddler to sit in the lower / front of the frame, you'll need the VISTA V2 Rumbleseat here: strolleria.com/products/2020-uppababy-vista-v2-rumbleseat The Mesa infant car seat will then fit in the upper position with the Upper adapters here: strolleria.com/products/uppababy_vista_upper_adapter
The adapters mentioned in this video will fit any VISTA model from 2015 to present including the new VISTA V2! A VISTA 2014 or older model will not have the same compatibility but your 2019 model VISTA will work with the adapters mentioned in this video.
Hello I don't know if I purchased the correct seat and adapter. I just purchased the Stokke® Pipa™ by Nuna® Infant car seat and I received the vista+/Cruz maxi Cosi nuna cybex besafe adapter for my vista v2. Do these work with one another?
Unfortunately the Stokke PIPA is only compatible with Stokke's strollers, including the Xplory, Trailz, and Beat - it is not compatible with any other brands and will not fit onto any adapters designed for the Nuna PIPA series. Here are the infant car seats compatible with your UPPAbaby Vista V2: strolleria.com/collections/infant-car-seats-compatible-with-uppababy-vista-stroller
@@Strolleria thank you. So I've purchased the nuna pipa per your guidelines (and will be returning the stokke). I can still use the post adapters that were gifted to me for my v2? Thank you so much for all your info
Yes, a 2012 Vista will need adapters to connect their Mesa infant car seats to the frame. Retailers do not carry these adapters, but UPPAbaby does directly: uppababy.com/spare-parts/mesa-adapter-2014/
You will need to get an adapter directly from UPPAbaby if attaching a new Mesa car seat to the UPPAbaby Vista from 2014 or prior, it can be found as a Spare Part on the UPPAbaby Mesa page of the manufacturer's website. Thank you!
Are you looking for the UPPAbaby Mesa car seat adapter for your Vista 2014 model? If so, that is a spare piece you are able to purchase directly from UPPAbaby's website!
Unfortunately none of the current VISTA accessories will fit a 2011 model, only 2015 to present. The 2015 to present VISTA strollers are not compatible with Britax, please contact UPPAbaby directly for compatibility information for your 2011 stroller. Thank you!
Yes, it can! You would use the Lower adapters to attach the Mesa to the front / lower part of the VISTA, and to fit the Toddler seat above you would use the Upper adapters. Here is a link to those adapters: strolleria.com/products/uppababy_vista_upper_adapter strolleria.com/products/uppababy-vista-lower-adapter
