I had the same problem. I tried the original key that was broken and it started fine. my problem was the copy key. hope this helps someone

I have a 2017 Chevy Malibu with the same problem. The auto stop is killing the sensor. On my first year I had to take mine in for new battery and module control. Now same thing is happening again. I just put a new battery again

When this happened to mine it ended up being the ac compressor was stuck had to have it replaced

Did a lot of unecessary talking just get straight to the point we don’t care about your life story

So it was the starter. This fn guy! Should be on the view with all that bs talking he does

it's either your starter is bad or your engine is locked

I will tell the solution, the car have two batteries , you should charge both at the same time, one is at the front and other one its localed inside the trunk in the left side.
