Ingredients:
1 kilo maida/all purpose flour
3tbsp milk powder
3tbsp sugar
1tbsp yeast
1/2tsp salt
1tbsp blue band
Sesame seed
Procedure:
• In a glass, dissolve yeast and 1tbsp of table spoon sugar in warm water; let stand until bubbles form on surface.
• Whisk together remaining 3tbsp sugar, salt, milkpowder and flour.
• Pour yeast mixture into flour mixture and knead it by pouring water in it.
• Add 1 tbsp of blue band and knead until smooth and elastic dough forms.
• Place it in a greased bowl and cover and let it rise in warm place until doubled, 1-2 hours.
• Punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly floured surface, divide dough in half. Shape each into a loaf. Place in 2 greased loaf pans. Cover and let rise until doubled, 10 minutes.
• Put a big pan on low flame for 10 minutes.
• Coat the rised loaf with egg using brush and sprinkle sesame seed over it.
• Bake it in heated pan for 20 minute until golden brown.
• Enjoy it with tea!
